On-line Meeting via Zoom and Ringing Room
This is an online replacement for our scheduled quarterly meeting and will include our March 100 Club draw. See the further information below for details of how you can take part. Note that this meeting will include a chat room for those who do not wish to take part in the ringing

3:00pm - 3:20pm Quarterly Business Meeting
3:20pm - 3:30pm 100 Club Draw
3:30pm - 5:00pm Ringing via Ringing Room + Chat Room
IT kit needed
To join a business meeting you will need a device with access to the internet and Zoom. The ideal setup is either a laptop, or a desktop computer with webcam and headset (but a microphone and speakers can be used).
Tablets, phones and iPads are not suitable for the ringing part as a keyboard is needed to ring a bell.
How it Works
We will all be in contact online using "Zoom". Zoom allows us to see and hear each other and to split into smaller groups.
The ringing part will be using a website called "Ringing Room". Ringing Room allows everyone to see the same set of ropes. Ringers are allocated to a particular bell which they ring by pressing the space bar.
A Zoom Meeting Id and Password will be provided on this website page on the day of the meeting. The Ringing Room tower will be advised via Zoom.
